Situated on Hobsons Bay foreshore (Kerferd Road and Beaconsfield Parade - Albert Park) APYAC clubrooms enjoy unparalleled views and boat access to the bay.
Founded in 1909 the club has established itself as the "Premier" Snapper Club of Victoria. It has been home to many generations of families. The club has taught many hundreds of people how to fish, supported families in distress, and helped one another in times of need.
The club premises, houses 42 boats downstairs with gantry access directly onto the water. The majority of these boats are old clinkers dating back to the thirties. Luxuries such as single and twin cylinder inboards have long since replaced the oars and sails.
Upstairs facilities include Meeting Hall, Billiard Room, Bar and dining facilities. Members can enjoy magnificent bay views on the balcony whilst enjoying a glass of wine or beer with their meal.
