CLUB FACILITIES
Against the magnificent backdrop of the bay individuals are able to theme our main hall area to suite their requirements.
The club has full audio, large screen and flat widescreen TV facilities available to cover all necessary requirements.
CATERED FUNCTIONS COSTS AND CONDITIONS
- From 30 up to 200 people.
- Teenage functions are not permitted
- The Club Caterer must be employed at these functions; Liquor is supplied from the bar, by Club staff. The club's kitchen and catering staff can provide a wide variety of menu options.
- Drinks are available at our club price, and include a wide range of wines, spirits and beers.
- For all functions, the customer must pay for the provision of APYAC approved, and arranged, security personnel. Security $175 per Security Guard (2 guards for the first 100 then, one guard for each additional 50)
- The premises are available from 4pm for you to decorate and from 7pm for your exclusive use.
- Hall Hire $250 member and $500 non member. Hall hire and security deposit must be paid to confirm the booking)
- Security Deposit $100 (Refundable after the function)
- Bar Staff $150 per bar staff
- Cleaning $100
- Catering Prices start from $35 per person for finger food
- The above prices are subject to change.
CATERING
- APYAC catering starts from $35 per person for finger food
- Self catering is NOT permitted
BEVERAGES
Only Wine BYO is permitted, and carries a corkage charge of $10 per wine bottle
LICENSING
Function times are from 7pm to 12.00am
PAYMENT
Payments in cash, cheque, visa, or direct debit are accepted
All outstanding charges must be paid on the date of the function
RESERVATION
Dates can be penciled in but, reservations can only be confirmed once the DEPOSIT has been paid, which must be within 5 days of the initial booking.
CANCELLATIONS
If the function is canceled within 21 days of the function date, you will forfeit your deposits.
DECORATION
- It is permitted to decorate the hall and bring in special furniture on the afternoon of the functionfrom 4.00pm onwards
- All items must be removed on the night of the function
- The normal day to day member activities and facilities must not be impeded or obstructed
MUSIC
- The club A/V equipment, including the projector screen is available for use.
- You’re welcome to make your own arrangements for DJ’s or Live Music
